Quality Control Process

Structural Design Review
The engineering team conducts stress tests and load simulations on critical components. Key areas such as shoulder straps, handles, and buckles have a design strength margin of 1.5 times or higher to ensure durability.
Sample Assembly Verification
Prototype bags are assembled and tested before mass production. Critical areas such as stitching, zippers, strap connections, and compartments are inspected to ensure dimensions, alignment, and functionality meet requirements.
Production Line Inspection
Quality inspections are conducted at key stages of production, including cutting, sewing, hardware installation, and finishing. This includes checks on seam strength, stitching alignment, surface finish, and hardware functionality.
Final Inspection Before Shipment
Each batch of products undergoes comprehensive testing before shipment, including:
